Welcome to phillipjensen.com!

It is wonderful to be able to communicate electronically.

In 1976 a friend called Ben started recording my preaching for his own use. But people who wanted to keep up with the series began borrowing his recordings. Ben's tapes soon built into a library. So we started recording the talks properly and distributing them to friends around the world. With the advent of Matthias Media we started selling the tapes and then CDs to buy better equipment and distribute to the public at large.

These days the web rules the world of communication.

So phillipjensen.com

It has always been my aim to glorify Christ by faithfully preaching his gospel through the prayerful exposition of his word to the people he gives me to love.

This website aims to extend that gospel preaching and exposition of God's word to a wider audience by gathering in one easy and accessible place what has already been said and written and what is still being produced weekly. If you find it helpful please recommend it to your friends and acquaintances.

We are not trying to use the site to make money but it does cost to set it up and to improve it—so if you would like to contribute please make use of the donate button on this page.

I have another friend called Ben to thank for setting up this site and I am also thankful to those who regularly maintain it. How they do it is a mystery to me—providing the content is enough to tax my brain!
